From Tel Aviv to Techboard Rooms, my business journey has taken me through building businesses, navigating painful failures, celebrating meaningful costs and eventually investing in other founders’ scenes. I am an Israeli immigrant who came to the United States with ambitions and the belief that hard work can move to the mountains. Over time, I have seen myself how startup is not produced but nothing other than that – but as these companies grow, they just start to touch more than the market share. They affect culture. They affect communities. And they bear the responsibility of returning.
In recent years, my focus has only moved towards helping builders from building companies and, as importantly, they encourage their success to integrate with meaningful reasons. After joining the Israeli American Council (IAC) as a member of the Council, I noticed that the business pitch beyond the deck and the M&A Spreadsheet is more influenced by: service. Through our actions that support Jewish solidarity, educational programs and the end of relations between US and Israeli businessmen, I noticed that humanitarianism is not just a “good” effort-this is a strategic benefit. It builds the foundations, strengthens the brand’s identity, forms the community and invites the purpose to sometimes feel like grinding.
So, here’s my call to fellow founders, startup CEOs and emerging businessmen: Connect the alignment in your DNA. Not for the press. Not for optics. For effect.

The Mac-Shosh Foundation
Mission: Mac-A-Wash creates life-changing desires for children with critical illnesses, and turns dreams into reality during their most difficult battles.
Startup life is full of “impossible” dreams. It is not just about giving them help. It’s about reminding your team how hope looks. Tech company Atlasin has provided dozens of wishes through employees’ campaigns, which shows how the company’s culture can be fruitful and deeply kind.
Team Rubican
Mission: Team Rubican unites the skills and experiences of military veterans with the first respondents to deploy emergency response teams.
Start -ups are made on tissue – and the team is a masterclass in organized action under pressure. They are an unusual organization that can be supported, especially for experienced relationships or the madness of the reaction of the community of destruction. After the wildfire, make his recent deployment to the Maoi national headlines.
Operation thanks
Mission: Operation provides troops, veterans, wounded heroes and first respondents to take care of career and personalities.
Startups often talk about attractive and sacrificial, and Operations honors thanksgiving Americans who survive these values every day. Supporting this organization provides solid appreciation to the members of the service and can unite teams around the common patriotic values. This is especially meaningful for companies wishing to show support for experienced employees or founding companies, or government employees.
Trever Project
Mission: The Trever Project provides LGBTQ+ young people to interfere with crisis and suicide prevention services.
Today’s workforce is appreciated, and the Trever project is on the emotional and mental health fronts. Their work is found with the preferences of DEI (diversity, equity and involvement) for which many startup struggles. The Sales Force has harmonized the LGBTQ+ causes through the Trever Project, which shows how social alignment can reflect the values of the basic brand.
Israeli American Council (IAC)
Mission: The IAC has formed a busy and united Israeli American community that reinforces the relations between the Israeli and Jewish identity, the American Jewish community and the United States and the Israeli people.
Beyond my personal affiliation, the IAC provides the founders with incredible opportunities to connect global networks, Jewish and Israeli business leaders and support education, cultural diplomacy and solidarity during global crises. When Israel faced economic and emotional turmoil during the recent conflict, the IAC quickly mobilized both humanitarian aid and business cooperation.

Donoreshos
Mission: Donoruses empower public schools, from books to science kits, by financing their classroom projects.
Education is the ultimate upstream investment. Many of today’s innovators were influenced by great teachers – yet these teachers often lack basic resources. Supporting Donoroshos directly affects students, and can voluntarily integrate the startups product donations, campaigns or even the team around local classrooms.
To feed America
Mission: Feeding the United States is the largest hunger organization in the United States, providing food through a network of food banks.
No one has a well -known innovation on an empty stomach. Hunger is closer to the feeling of many founders, especially in cities that are in both tech centers and low -populated cities. Recent partnerships with companies like Amazon and General Mills show that even operational utility (such as surplus distribution) can be used for social good.
Girls that code
Mission: Stop the gender gap in the tech by equipped with computing expertise for young women to advance the 21st century career.
Founders often talk about the pipeline problem. His former students now work in Google, Meta and hundreds of other startups. Helping them is not just charitable. It is a more balanced, a strategic investment in the modern future.
Operation Underground Rail Road (ours)
Mission: Our work to protect children from sexual trafficking and exploitation and protecting local law enforcement partners around the world.
Modern slavery is real and profitable. It’s time to help ethical businesses eliminate it. Our companies provide a direct way to engage in awareness, funding and rescue missions. With cases in Central America and Southeast Asia, their work is quick and effective.
St. Jod Children’s Research Hospital
Mission: St. Jud guides how to understand, treat and defeat childhood cancer and other life -threatening diseases.
St. Jud added sympathy with modern research-a formula that should be appreciated by every biotech or a health tax founder. The thing that separates them is that the family never gets the bill. Startups can help those who can be supported by revenue, corporate sponsorship or programs from employees.
Startups are naturally hopeful. They are born of faith. But without action, faith is hollow. These ten organizations are not just a charity check box. They are powerful channels for meaning, communication and responsibility. When the founders integrate into their companies, they not only reinforce the world – they reinforce their teams, their culture and themselves.

As someone who has gone to the boardroom from the bootstrap, from filament and from the founder to the fund – I can tell you: The success that stands alone feels empty. But when your company becomes a car for change, what you prepare makes more difference.
