Jane always knew that light was a language. He whispered in the surfaces of mirrors, cucumbers and screens, waited for a patient a lot to hear. When he discovered how the reflection was tied, he completely stopped painting. Instead, he began to gather moments of light, twist them in memory threads that shine between maternal and absence.
His studio was full of soft blue echoes – the traces of the people he once met, the places he dreamed of once, and stories that refused to remain silent. Every layer he awakened has become another version of the truth: sometimes tender, sometimes fractures. In the overlap regarding the blurredness of these reflection, Jane found her real self – she does not appear in the pictures, but is changing permanently, bursting with the eyes of others.
Visitors said it was impossible to capture their actions. The cameras cheated on them. What they personally saw was not what it appeared in the documents. Jane loved her. He believed that art should be deployed. He should resist, that he should breathe and flicker, such as a place between identity and forgetfulness. For this, every reflection was an incomplete thinking, it is an invitation to ask who is really being seen.
In the evening, when the last light was filtered by his window, Jane would step into the soft blue saying and dissolve. The reflective absorbed it slowly – as if she always belonged to them. And for a short, luminous moment, she became both artists and artwork, both viewers and saw.
