IDEGRAM is one of the best AI art platforms for creating graphics with text. I’ve created quote posts with some solid sermon graphics, Bible memes, book covers, and ideograms. It’s a lot of fun to play with.
When it comes to making Bible verse memes, this works pretty well, as long as the verses are short.
Here are some amazing (at least in my mind) Bible verse images that I created using Idogram. I’ve included a hint in the title of each one.
Oh, you’ll have to excuse me. I grew up in the classic King James Version. So, I used this version for these memes. 🙂
God’s diverse creation, with rolling emerald hills cascading down to a pristine alpine lake mirrored by snow-capped peaks. In the foreground, vibrant wildflowers in purple, yellow, and white point, while a golden eagle soars gracefully across a vast cloudy sky filled with soft, billowing clouds. The scene is bathed in warm, reverent golden hour light that illuminates every detail of the natural splendor. Beautifully at the bottom, the Bible verse “O Lord, how many are your works!” – Psalm 104:24 appears in flowing serif typography with a subtle golden sheen.
A dirt road winds gently through a sunny meadow toward the distant hills. The path is bordered by wildflowers in soft pastels and tall golden grass that sways in the gentle breeze, with warm sunlight filtering through the scattered clouds above. In the foreground, beautiful calligraphic text reads “You will show me the way to life” with the scripture reference “Psalm 16:11” positioned at the bottom in a smaller, better font. The scene is bathed in the golden glow of late afternoon light, creating a sense of hope, guidance and a spiritual journey.
The verse “The Lord is your keeper” appears prominently in beautiful, hand-lettered calligraphy with a soft, beautiful golden tone. Below the main text, “-Palm 121:5a” appears in a smaller, refined serif letter, creating a balanced composition. The text is set against a peaceful background of soft watercolor washes in soft blues and warm cream tones, with subtle rays of light filtering through, creating a sense of divine protection and comfort. Delicate flourishes and ornamental borders frame the verse, while the overall atmosphere conveys calm and spiritual warmth through soft, diffused light.
A 5-year-old boy kneels by his bed in prayer, with soft round features and expressive eyes locked in quiet devotion. The boy wears comfortable striped pajamas and has his hair pulled back, his small hands clasped together as the warm lamplight casts a faint glow on his cherubic face. Her bedroom is filled with cozy details like stuffed animals, a wooden cross on the nightstand, and children’s books scattered nearby. Bible verse “I will both lie down in peace, and sleep: the Lord, the Lord, only comforts me in safety.” – Summ 4: 8 The beautiful script appears above the scene in calligraphy, creating a calm and spiritually uplifting atmosphere.
Powerful silhouette of a Roman centurion in full battle armor against a backdrop of a dramatic stormy sky. The warrior stands confidently with a large shield and spear, his bronze armor shining with divine golden light that radiates from behind him, creating an impressive and regal atmosphere. Bold, impactful text reads “Put on the whole armor of God…” positioned prominently above the figure, with “-ephais 6:11a” displayed in smaller text below. The overall mix uses rich hues of deep blues, bronzes and golds to create a brooding spiritual warrior aesthetic perfect for social media sharing.
AI art is fun to play with, but it has limitations. Idogram really struggles with long verses. I had to shorten several of them (go with the first or second part of the verse) in some cases, such as with John 1:1 and Ephesians 5:11.
Also, with ideograms, it will often add to your prompts – giving you a “magic prompt” that it uses for each variation of the image you request. For the above titles, I used the magic prompt (if provided by the ideogram) for the corresponding image.
Creating Bible verse memes with Idograms definitely saves time the old way, which for me, was working with Canva. I have one Pastor’s page on Facebookand I used to manually create Bible verse memes on Canva and post one every day. I’ll take a day or two and create the batch and then schedule them. It took a long time. The ideogram is usually faster.
But…
Again, there are limitations. And, sometimes, you can waste a lot of time working around these limitations with little or no benefit.
Here are two more….
Their Children, Pixar-style animation, featuring the following Bible verse: “Children, obey your parents in the Lord: for it is right.” -Ephesians 6:1
One color of fluffy white sheep standing on wooden risers, their mouths open wide in joyful song. Each flock has cartoon eyes and rosy cheeks, some wearing tiny bows or choir robes, positioned at different heights to form a traditional choir. The scene takes place in a rustic countryside chapel with warm golden sunlight streaming through the stained glass windows, creating colorful patterns on the wooden floor. At the bottom of the image, the beautiful script lettering shows “O come, let us sing to the Lord: let us make a joyful noise to the rock of our salvation.” with “-Palm 95:1” in small text below.
Good luck creating your own Bible verse memes or quote posts.
Blessings!
