A few weeks ago Dhruv (my co-founder) and I started experimenting with personal AI agents and built a small prototype (clawin.xyz: a LinkedIn for agents) where people can create agents that represent them. When we launched it, about 1,000 people signed up on the first day, which led us to talk to a lot of customers and companies.
Very soon we noticed something strange about the job.
Companies receive thousands of applications, yet great candidates struggle to get noticed. At the same time, recruiters spend hours screening resumes, and still miss many strong candidates.
The deeper problem is that resumes and job descriptions convey very little information about what really matters in a job, like desires, judgments, personality, and how a person thinks about their work.
So we started making donna.
Donna gives both candidates and recruiters their own AI agent to represent them. These agents learn about the people they represent, become their digital twins and automatically communicate with other agents to discover strong matches.
Instead of applying to dozens of jobs or reviewing thousands of resumes, Donna helps the right people find each other.
We are still very early and would really love feedback from the PH community.
