Jetson: Automatically turn support messages into product updates.

Hey everyone, here’s a recent project that @patrickbolle and I made. We both come from the world of building SaaS products that are successful to the point where customer support becomes a bottleneck, and unfortunately some things fall through the cracks. But your customers are what keep your business running, and we believe that building great relationships with them is what keeps a business thriving.

Jetson uses an analysis pipeline (see more details on our blog) that takes customer messages from sources like HelpScout, Intercom, and Zendesk, and learns about your product to create the best possible engineering tickets that can be sent to any developer or coding agent. In the age of AI, context is everything, and Jetson is the tool at your disposal to make it as easy as possible to turn obscure customer language into engineering language that’s good enough that most coding agents can fix it.

Pete and I are actively using Jetson for our business, and with our Slack integration I have the workflow of my dreams where I can manage support, bugs and features for our SaaS apps from my phone.
