European regulators are investigating Purn Hub. On Monday, European Commission (EC) Accused Platform not working enough to prevent younger access. Investigations also include strip chat, XNXX and Xvideos.
The EC suspects that porn sites have violated the Digital Services Act (DSA), which includes child safety measures. In particular, it accuses the platform of lacking age -banned tools. All four sites get EU users to see the content after clicking on the same button to confirm that they are over 18 years old.
In a statement to Engijet, Purna Hub said it was “fully determined” to protect the minority online. The company said, “Our sites are fully in accordance with the RTA, as the Association of Sites has advocated for Children’s Protection (ASACP), and are strictly specific to legal age.” He added that it is believed that the device’s level verification rather than the website is “real solution”.
