Gmail is making it easier to manage your newsletters and mailing lists on the web

Signing up for newsletters and mailing lists is a great way to stay latest on the latest news or score deals on your next holiday. At first, the arrival of emails is administered, but if you are not checked, your inbox can flow quickly. Although trimming your subscriptions may be a challenge, a good first step is to subscribe to those who are rarely open. This is a new page dedicated to the Gmail, Gmail, on its web client, dedicated to handling your subscriptions.

The other day, I saw a new “subscription” button in the panel on the left side of the Gmail Web app under the “Spam” and “More” section, located between “Spam” and “Labels Management”. Clicking on this takes you to the new subscription page.

On this page, Gmail has given a list of newsletters and mailing lists that you have subscribed to and shows how often they email you. You can click on a sender you have received from them to see all the messages. If you decide that you don’t want any more of their emails, you can easily click the “Subscribe” button. This is the same button that appears in the upper part of individual promotion emails.

Remember that when you subscribe, the sender may take a few days to take action on the request, so you can still get some messages. If you want to stop watching their emails in your inbox immediately, you can stop the sender instead, which will automatically filter their messages in your spam folder.

Google says the “Manage Subscripts” page is slowly running on Gmail on the web, so you may not have it yet. This feature has been running on Android since the end of April, so you may already have access to your mobile device.

It was nice to see Google adding new features of life in Gmail. The next day, we reported that Google is eventually adding the “Reading Mark” button in Gmail notifications on Android. Most of the features that add Gmail, as is likely that I am ready to give its AI features shot without grip about the app.
