Why did we make Klosu?
Many of us produce amazing products but struggle to effectively demo them, or inform our customers about them. We had to face this problem with the first hand in our previous startup, desk lamp. Despite the thousands of signups every month, the user has been less adoption. Consumers are often admired because they could not easily understand how to use our products.
To fix it, we first tried to record videos that explained immediately on the loom. But they were not very busy, and no one saw them.
Therefore, we booked a studio and produced polished videos with dynamic images, effects, voice overs, and music. They were a quick hit and were preparing to adopt! But it took a whole week to make each one.
