They have their own opinions expressed by business partners.

The old Russian idiom is, “trust, but confirm,” has been known by the former president’s comment on the nuclear weapons deal. To me, this particular verb indicates a negative meaning, which is why I prefer the phrase “trust and verification”.

The desire to rely on others has become a complex part of the business. Something inside us wants to believe the most, if not everything, which our employees, clients and shopkeepers announce. However, as a business person, the most valuable lesson I learned in more than 20 years involves confirming the necessary information I want to trust easily.

Based on most guidelines, we are a small company. This means that our senior staff devote enough resources to recruitment of potential employees and marketing our services, which we believe will be profitable and long -term clients. Fortunately, most of these relationships produce productive employees and profitable clients.

On the other hand, the fact is that a poor rent or low -performing account can damage our lower line. This is especially why it is important to confirm the key information before increasing the job offer or signing a contract with a client or vendor. Despite the sapphire, my new strategy provides less frustration and more income.

Applicants often offer an ancient experience list that highlights their incredible experiences and achievements. I am fortunate that many of the best candidates want to work for my organization.

Nevertheless, sometimes, this shining experience contains false, false or misleading. A offer is increased and accepted, only after months to determine whether the terrific could not provide new rent.

Do you or your staff confirm the usual job timelines, performance claims or educational levels? If not, I recommend that you start immediately. A 2024 surveys Hero, a leading human resource website, is cited today that more than half of employees have confessed to lying on the veteran again.

When contradictions arise, ask the applicant to explain. Reviewing their reactions may insure how they can handle pressure or difficult conditions. Naturally, a straightforward fabric does not deserve another opportunity. Go ahead and dedicate your efforts to the search for employees that are in line with your needs and the culture of the organization.

Customer verification

The same is true for clients and users. You can spend months or years working on a list of valuable possibilities and eventually they can get a big wheel. Your team invested countless hours and valuable marketing dollars to provide these desired signatures. Then, enthusiasm can end later when the valuable account fails to pay permanently or does not provide a promised business.

Does anyone in your team have the possibility of confirming important information about their reputation or financial solvence? How do their clients or users rank the company?

We once fired Fortune 100 Company when they were able to receive their accounts in 180 days. Being a borrower is not our fortress, so it is understandable to separate the relationship. Confirming our payment expectations can save both the time and money of the parties.

Verde’s verification

Vendor information is confirmed with me. As CEO, I spend not only to be aware of my industry but also to maintain market share and revenue trends.

Some digital marketing firms maintained enough website traffic or backlinks I promised, but only provided disappointing results and expensive invoices. Although some marketing strategies are a source, demonstrating their claims diligence and contacting other customers can affect our decision process.

No one can argue that artificial intelligence remains a growing source for both businesses and consumers. For example, our most important expense is to hire eligible human transcripts (labor costs). Does the client’s files do not make sense to hire AI platform to copy and potentially reduce labor costs?

To answer this question, I wanted Measure the accuracy rates of AI offering companies Duplication services against experienced and eligible humanitarians. Remember that we try and guarantee 99 % accuracy rate. Can great AI machines be found so high or exceeded?

No answer. For this exercise, we have submitted 14 files from different industries, including the same speaker (from a short monopoly) to more than 20 speakers with a board meeting, and compared the percentage of accuracy with the first 500 words. The average average for AI transcript came below 62 %, while the 99 % accuracy rate of human transcripts.

Will progress in AI technology eventually generate 99 % accuracy rate? May be. However, when handling complex matters, humans still maintain the edge of accuracy where human knowledge and skills are very important.

Confidence is given and earned

Verification methods feel better than job. However, do not forget that trust remains an important part of our business methods. I want my employees, clients and shopkeepers to trust me, so I also increase the same courtyard.

It bothers me when I make false or misleading claims in my industry. That’s why I am cautious about how I position my services. Not only do I want my client to trust me, but I also encourage them to confirm my abilities. The promises of confirming and just performing my ability create more confidence and hope that more long -term and profitable relationships.
