Q1: What is the role of the leader from your point of view?

Loni: Keep yourself last, and keep the mission first, vision first, and keep others first.

Q2: What is one thing that every leader needs to know about?

Loni: To stay polite and remove their ego from the situation. “

Question 3: What is your most important habit?

Loni: Keeping a collection of daily habits that I have identified that really helps me every day. For me, movement and journaling helps to get my explanation.

Q4: What is the most important thing for the construction of an efficient team?

Loni: Give the controversy in a fruitful way. The task dispute is fine, and teach people how to visit it. It should never be a social dispute.

Q5: What is the biggest mistake you make you make?

Loni: Not acknowledging weakness and not showing a team’s danger when it is effective.
