Hello everyone, I’m Tyler, the founder of AI Designer! If you’ve been using CloudCode or codecs to build web apps, mobile apps, or product UI, you’ve probably noticed the same thing I did: they’re solid in coding, but very modest in design. I originally built AI Designer as a separate design platform to help with my UI work, but there were always two major problems: 1. It had no direct context to my existing code base and design system. 2. I had to constantly bounce between tools — design in one place, export it, then bring it back into my coding workflow which became annoyingly fast back and forth. I really just wanted to get good at UI design for CloudCode — to create designs that actually fit the project I was working on, without forcing me to leave my coding environment. So I created AI Designer MCP. It gives coding agents like CloudCode access to the design tools and skills to create beautiful, relevant UI and embed it directly into your codebase. I’ve been using it myself to create new pages and improve existing pages, and it’s been a much better experience than just using simple cloud code. Setup is easy—one terminal command installs the MCP and skill files so your agent can start using it right away. You can learn how it works and how to try it out:
It’s free to try, and since it’s a fresh release, I’d genuinely love feedback from anyone who gives it a shot. It’s really interesting to see what people build with it!
