Most people feel personal and emotionally connected to small businesses in their communities, but they do not diminish the extent to which small businesses are widely.

This is in accordance with one New Report Digital marketing and automation platforms were released on Wednesday through permanent contact. The report has submitted responses to more than 8,000 people in the United States, the UK, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.

The report states that only 19 percent of US respondents correctly pointed out that there were 33 million small businesses in the United States. Many respondents “considered the number of millions of people less.” Meanwhile, more than two of the five Americans said they would feel “disastrous” if their favorite small business was closed.

Permanent contact CEO Frank Vela said the number has shown that most consumers have a “blind location” about the number of small businesses available.

Vela told Businessman In an email that small businesses build a “personal” relationship with their customers. Consumers are not just buying any product or service, they are building a relationship.

According to the report, the most famous types of small businesses globally were restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores, retail shops, locally -owned franchises, and personal care or welfare business.

“Many of us feel a personal relationship with our favorite local businesses, but our research shows a significant awareness of the spread of these businesses,” Vela Said. “Failure to recognize small businesses and their important role in our communities and economies creates a blind position, making it easier to ignore their effects.”
