Elon Musk has officially announced that he is retiring as a US special government employee and the department’s performance de facto head, known as Dodge.
Following the move, Musk’s cooling relations with the Trump administration and the sale of Tesla have been linked to their political advocacy. Despite his departure, Musk shouted President Trump for the opportunity to deal with the government waste, and insisted that the mission of Dodge was not going anywhere soon. Since launching, the organization has already reduced the budget in agencies, reduced jobs, closed departments, and has led to considerable disputes along the way.
