I am a living, the founder of the lace. We are a skill diagnosis platform for recruiters. With our online studies, we help you identify the best skilled candidates for a particular role. We are a small team (only 5 of us!) But in the last 3 years we have estimated 170,000+ candidates.

Although objective questions like MCQ make it easier to classify candidates, but if you choose an option in a question, many importance of natural language reaction is eliminated. When you interview a candidate, you just don’t give them 4 choices, do you?

We have made AI interviews to improve the screening process. If you are reviewing several people (to hire services, but also for competition), you can add the same question you have asked on the call and have indicated the AI as you have. For example, if your question is “What is your favorite pizza tapping?” , So your gesture “if he mentions pineapple, they can give the negative points award”.

What’s more, you can tell if the candidate should respond through text, audio or video. Our AI will handle everything at its end. I will be honest; At least so far, we are the GPT wrapper. Therefore, our Ai is as intelligent as Chattigpat, Claude, etc. Ie it is more intelligent than you and me: p

Many candidates, and even some recruits, complain that the use of AI in the early stages of serving is inhumane. TBH, if I was a candidate, and if the AI interview was the first period, I would have been disappointed. But, think about it. We are automatically reviewed by marking the bubbles on the OMR paper with the students’ exams. We understand that this is a practical matter and since this technology exists, thousands of students can try the exam and get credible and immediately, cheap, credible and quick.

I hope our AI interviews get similar effects. Many candidates are rejected very quickly because their CV does not like. If a recruiter has to take thousands of CVs, we cannot accuse them of lack of needle in the grass. With the AI interview, the playground has been equalized. Every candidate has the opportunity to showcase his skills, knowledge and experience.
