- Google has formally searched my device app to find the hub.
- This service is named in the Play Store, your phones and the web.
- The new Find Hub app also includes some changes that help find the device and separate location settings.
Google has begun formally starting the re -branding update of my device announced last week during the Android show. This app is now called Find Hub, and users will see a new name on their home screens, which replace the previous “device” label.
This branding reflects the wider functionality recently introduced to Google, which allows users to find people in addition to their equipment. Earlier, this feature that was seeking people was marked as a “beta”, but the label has been removed with the Find Hub update, which has identified a stable, public release.
Within the latest app, going to the settings shows two options: “Find Hub” and “Google Location Sharing.” Search Hub Operation Find the original My Device Settings, where users can access remote lock, offline finding, and web versions, which have been renamed.
Meanwhile, the Google Location Sharing option allows users to manage location settings after sharing their location with Google app or service.
In addition to re -branding, the search hub is further improved. As Google confirmed earlier, it will soon support tracking satellite connectivity and ultra -wide band (UWB), which will enhance its capabilities to be more precise and reliable location.
