Four years later: Tech -based art as practice and precision | By Nettress Gaskins | August, 2025

Tech -based art My computer was the focus of curriculum focus and, finally, I discovered Deep Dream (Computer vision) and Generative AI. I have been creating AI -based image, using a deep dream generator (nervous style transfer). By 2019, I was making and posting at least one AI-generated image on social media daily. This exercise was supported by the introduction of text -to -image or quickly -based AI tools. In 2021, I had some success with the NFTS and I wrote an article about it. On the other hand, AI-generated images were more about helping to counter/post my drive bias and help black people, especially black women better. Like Windleman, I made AI Art a Everyday practice.

  • Daily commitment: Someone has to pledge to complete and publish a new piece of art every day at midnight.
  • The development of skills: This task works a permanent workout to reduce one’s skills.
  • The evolution of the style: This work shows the progress of someone’s technical journey, which develops from early efforts to a viable body of work.
  • Creative freedom: The high volume of work and the low stake nature promotes the freedom to experience and comment on the development of AI art without pressure to make a masterpiece every day.

I make every day because it is a habit, creative process. Work is also a ModelWhich helps me think about other people’s attention when telling them about art work, or telling them about their personal experiences, when they face an AI-generation image. When I start every day, I rarely know what I want to make and post. I can dream, read or browse social media. This morning, I found out that August 25 was the anniversary of the death of singer Aaliyah. I have decided to make it a picture for honor as my every day. First, I made a collegiate in Adobe Photoshop. Next, I uploaded the photo to Chat GPT and indicated that it was a painting. After that, I used a generative full in Photoshop to extend the side borders (making the image in a square). I uploaded the result on social media, which almost immediately gave rise to a positive response.

This tribute has really captured Aaliyah’s calm power. You have completely connected the essence of the nails. It was great to see his memory with honor. B (b (b ( Ananncee
