Why did we start it?
Working with AI teams in the past few years, I have been watching the same problem everywhere: Voice AI testing was completely manual. Teams will build these amazing sound agents, then only weeks to call them manually, and try to find out where they break.
When I saw a team just in testing their voice agent for a month, only real users find critical insects in the first day of launch. We knew that there was a smart way.
How does it actually work?
Creates imitation AI agents that automatically call your voice AI system and have real conversations with it. But there is a key difference here – instead of just testing transcripts like other tools, we developed our diagnostic models to analyze the original audio.
Why does it matter? Because the sound AI does not fail only the words that he says. This accent, audio quality, fails to respond timing – if you are just watching text transcripts, you miss fully.
Technical bits
We can rotate thousands of these test conversations simultaneously. Each has different features – different accents, background noise, conversation style. This is equivalent to having a large team of testers, but they are never tired and they look for scenes that no humans think.
Setup is dead. Just give us the phone number of your voice agent and we start testing immediately. No complicated integration is required – multiple integrations such as VAPI, retell or whatever platform you are using.
Where are we going?
We are already working on many ways and more. Big vision? Making voice AI as reliable as you send to another software.
