If you are planning to study science in any serious way, learning general chemistry is one of the most important steps. Chemistry is fundamental. It is connected to biology, physics, environmental science, engineering, medicine, and more. If you understand chemistry, you are not just memorizing the facts. You are learning that the way to think about material, yes, energy and dialogue that creates the physical world. It teaches to solve the problem, quantitative reasoning, and how to break complex systems into smaller, understandable parts. These are the skills that are more valuable than the chemistry class.
We have just published a complete general chemistry video course on the Frecod Camp.com on the YouTube channel. This is a college -level course that you go through the basic topics that you include in the first year chemistry class. The course starts with square One, which covers the structure of the material, the periodic tables and the basic units. From there, it leads to more complex ideas such as thermodinament, chemical balance, dynamic, and electrochemical. It is aimed at everyone who wants a complete refresher on a concrete introduction or key concept of chemistry.
The course has been taught by Chad MacLost. It spent more than 15 years for tuition facility for the Chemistry Department at a major American University. This means that he has spent a lot of time to help students with each other, to find out where people get stuck and explain things in such a way that it is in fact meaningful. Its experience feels accessible to this course even when the content is developed. He does not know already, but he does not even talk to you.
What makes this course especially useful is how it is clearly organized. The video is broken in about 100 parts, so you can go straight to the titles you need. Want to understand the naming acid? It’s there. Need to help balance stichometry or radoxes? Cover. Want to detect PHC calculation for weak acids and bases? There is only one part for this. With this structure you can see the whole course from the beginning to the end or just leave the parts you are studying or working.
A quick overview of what is included here is:
Basic things: matter, scientific indicators, units and conversion
Nuclear theory, periodic table, and chemical bonding
Name icon and molecular compounds, acids and more
Chemical reactions, sesame calculations, limited reactors
Thermodumics, caloriemetry, the law of Hess
Light, quantum number, electron formation
Trends from time to time like nuclear radius and ionization of energy
Lewis structure, VSEPR Theory, Molecular Geometry
Gas laws, mutual forces, and phase aragrams
Reaction rate, mechanism and balance
Acid, base, buffers, titles, and soluble
Rules of Thermod Namics, Gabs Free Energy
Redox reaction, electrochemistry, and cell capabilities
Nuclear chemistry and nuclear reactions
Coordination chemistry, complex ions, and crystal field theory
Whether you are in school, to study for a test like MCAT, or how chemistry works, just knowing that this course is full of real recipes.
