Google’s tanker project is commendable but full of problems. The company intended to design a chip that would better meet its unique photography of its pixel phones and AI’s demands. However, these chips are left behind. When it comes to horsepower and performance, tensors are usually lower than the world’s snap dragon.
Recent news shows that Google is shaking its chip manufacturing process, changing Samsung for TSMC. This means that Pixel 10 will be proud of the future pixel devices, tensor chips developed by a Taiwan firm, which will potentially solve the silicon issues. However, you can argue that all Google issues can be solved by digging the tensor and adopting a silicon by the choice of Qualcomm or Meditik. But what time is to call very soon? What do you think?
So here are the questions:
- Do you think Google’s tanker project has been a failure?
- Would you prefer Google Pixel with a flagship snap dragon or tanker more dimensional chip set?
- Do you care about tanker troubles when pixels are still better in large areas like photography?
- What do you think is the biggest weakness of the tanker, and is it really going to break the contract compared to his contemporaries?
Do you think converting to TSMC will solve Google’s tanker problems?
