When most children were waiting in the long lines to ride roller coasters in Harshi Park, Ryan Stana attracted herself to something that gave her a great sensation: the theater of the park. “I sit down and watch the shows – and I was fascinated,” he said. Businessman. “And when I was senior in high school, I was still watching these shows, but I started to feel this ‘unmanned’ standard. Maybe my roses have broken glasses, but I saw the opportunity to virtue and innovation in attractive and entertainment.”
Stana says that when she was in her childhood, she had two dreams: to be a broadway actor and become a teacher. And when they came together two emotions, immediately after college, he launched his direct experiences company RWS Global. “I’m very lucky,” he says, “My parents are both businesses and extremely helpful – they taught me that with hard work, anything is possible.”
Since its inception from the corner of a crowded apartment in New York City, the RWS has become a powerhouse directly entertaining, which has been cast in Broadway shows. Tell us about the moment you have decided to start your company.
As I finished college, I went to New York City and became an associate producer of corporate and retail programs. I was making $ 600 a week. The company for which I was working was amazingly creative, but they did not know how to work and budget. I can’t believe that I am saying this too because when I was in high school, I was terrible in mathematics. But I realized, “Hey, they are earning 200,000, but they are spending 000 250,000.” I saw that you need to balance the creative and operational thinking. So one day I called my parents and said, “I hate this job.” And they were like, “Ryan, why don’t you go and open your business?” And I said, “Okay.” So I left.
So this is the decision – how did you really start the business?
I went back to my apartment in New York City. At that time I had two roommates, Berry and Kolby, and I said, “I’m going to open an office in the corner of my room. And when the phone rings, I need to answer it so that it looks like people work here. I will lose money from my utility bill every month.
And when did you know that the idea was going to work?
In about three weeks, the Clear Channel called me about a clear presentation and asked me to pitch for the event of 000 150,000. I remember I was going in and pitching, and when I was leaving the room, the client came out and said, “Ryan, we are giving you this flicker.” And I knew we had something special in our key offer: Tranki operations. We handle creative abilities, people and actions, and manage this process.
Your company does many different events. Can you boil for people unfamiliar with direct events?
We are a world leader in entertaining and making direct moments in sports. We must have broken into six divisions: design destination, where we are actually designing theme parks, zoos, aquariums, museums, visit centers. Then we have our Land Production Division, where we are providing temporary experiences and direct shows in theme parks, retail centers, and climate programming. We experiment with popup brand at hotels and resorts. Then we have the CC Production Division, where we provide broader types of broadcasts and deep experiences on the cruise ships. Then we have a retail and commercial division. And our sixth division is our casting division. We provide more than 8,000 jobs worldwide for technicians and actors. We create a pace for our abilities, so you can start working on six flags for us, cruise can ship, and if you perform well, keep in broadway shows or commercials. This allows us to market corners.

As an actor, can you just say, “Hey, I’m going to cast myself as Samba?”
I couldn’t say that, nor did anyone want me to say it now. I am still very happy to see the success of my abilities. That’s the thing runs me. And when I say talent, they are not just people on the stage. This is also the success of the people of our office.

Can you give us a sense of an increase in your company’s income?
We reached nearly $ 50 million in revenue a year after the pandemic disease. After that we have increased nine figures. We have mostly expanded through acquisition. We got a mineral company in 2016 (binder casting), then we bought a destination design business in 2021 (JRA). After that we bought our biggest competitor in Europe in 2022 (TED). And then we bought a sports division in 2024 (great events), and recently bought an app (harmonious helper) that helps actors learn their music faster, which allows our production and our clients to save money. In 2023, we also took a private equity firm, Blue Stone Equity Partners. I sold a minority of business money to move my company to the future.
Did the theater school prepare you all of them?
When things come, I just learn. I really believe that if you are fond of your work, you will find it. I recently told a friend that you don’t have to spend time taking an MBA. If you have a passion and you work hard, you will be successful. But if you think that being a business is not 24/7? You’ve gone wrong
How do you grow in a manner that does not spread yourself more thin?
From the first day, I have made a point to not make their success on the basis of themselves or anyone. It is about the company’s growing Systems systems and processes. And have a timeline for action. We say that these are the things we want to meet in 2025. And if a new idea comes out, great, we collide it with 2026. So once we presented this foundation, the integration of these businesses is very easy. Now I will lie to you to tell you that it has not been difficult when you are buying six+ companies, but you listen to people and respect them, and move on.

How would you turn off your mind? Are you able to watch the shows and can’t run your work mind?
When I see a show, I can’t rest – that I can promise you. When I say this, people will probably laugh, but it’s about to find a balance of life. And the only person who can change the balance of work life is as an individual. I always make sure that once a week, I have one day I have closed. This is Ryan’s lazy day, where I just watch the television and cold of intelligence and spend time with my husband and my family so that you can remember that without these people, I can’t do what I cannot.
