“I used to sleep, wake up, and work all day in the office. It was a very unhealthy lifestyle,” he says.
But when it failed, the Mirabile had to wake up. That same year, Hurricane Sandy destroyed his apartment, and the thieves blinded him.
Suddenly stroke of bad luck hit him hard. “I’ve been sad for almost a year,” he says.

Sleep everything changes
Forget Crew, Red Light, and Nootropics – If you have a lapse garbage, it doesn’t matter. According to Mirabile, better sleep improves every marker of health: blood sugar regulations, reaction to stress, strength will, mood and rehabilitation.
The purpose of Mirabile is nine hours of sleep at night and behave like a non -dialogue. He says, “When you fix your sleep, everything else starts to fall into the line.”

Simplicity beat bio hex
The Mirabile is skeptical of the more Instagram aspect of the longevity movement. He is not interested in making every metric or every breath micro management. Instead, he swears some easy habits, including:
- Mediterranean style food
- Short -fast Windows to imitate invitations/famine cycles
- Hydraved – with electrolytes, not only water
“About 90 % of the longevity is free,” he says. “You just need discipline for it.”
Happiness is matriculation that is most important
Mirabiles are not interested in imitation of people like Brian Johnson. In fact, they say that the point is completely deprived of this point.
“If you are eliminating everything that brings happiness, what is the benefit of increasing life?” He says. “Lonely gold, leaving food with friends, chasing matriculation at the expense of your relationship – it’s no longer living, it is living less life.”
He still has a family trip or alcohol in the party until sunrise with friends, just without alcohol. They say they have “learned to be loosely without the need for chemicals.”

Is the medicine medicine
You do not need a personal trainer or a fancy fitness tracker. Mirabile says, especially if it takes you to “zone 2”, there is a heart rate where fat burns and endurance improve.
He says, “It is enough to walk fast or bark with a bag on an inclined.” “You should be able to talk, but barely.”
According to Mirabile, daily constant movement improves metabolic health, mental explanation and cardiovascular flexibility.
