Once at a time, Facebook was full of posts about your day’s minutes and albums, and after the album album after the album of each of your experiences. So far, many of this media are hidden in the “just” sequence. But, regardless of how much you use Facebook these days, this is probably a home of many memories you want to keep on – or at least later laugh.
The good news is that you can download your Facebook information. You can access things like your posts, your tagged photos, your groups, friendship and your search history. You can also see the apps that you have connected with interaction with Facebook and advertising. However, you will not see the content that you have deleted and some information may not be available on Facebook for your entire time – depending on when and how the platform has stored specific media.
So, how do you download your Facebook information from Meta? You can start by clicking on your profile picture and then selecting the “Settings and Privacy” tab. From there you can click “Settings” and then choose “Download Your Information”. Then click “Continue”, then “download or transfer information”.
You will be indicated to select what profiles you want to save information and then click “Next” to reach the option “How much information you want to download” option. Now you have the option to click “specific types of information” you want to reduce and get a copy of your data logs. The only decision remains whether you want to download the information on your device or in a particular place.
Once you submit your application, you should see the status of a “pending”, and after the process, you will have four days to download everything.
