They have their own opinions expressed by business partners.
Managing a business is a challenge enough, but handling many at the same time? Now this is the next level. I should know – I have owned it 30 business In my life, and as CEO, adding new projects to our portfolio is practically a game. Over the years, I have taken a lot of strategies (and some very entertaining stories) that make many balanced businesses not only viable but honestly beneficial. Here is my blueprint that is really working for me.
1. Time management is your superpower
Time is the most valuable asset of every business person. Since someone is managing a number of companies, I cannot emphasize how important it is to master your schedule. I assign dedicated blocks for every business or preferred work – for example, when I was running the first pair of my companies, I just did another afternoon and the other on the other. This approach has minimized disturbances and helped me focus on that every day is really important.
I am also a huge believer in the principle of 80/20: 20 % focus on activities that produce 80 % results, and don’t be afraid to remove or assign the rest. Technology can be a real life here – my digital calendar (and written by my hand) keeps me and my business at full speed.
Make the most of every free moment. When I am making food or eating, I want to review emails, suggestions or contracts. This is an easy way to avoid fruitful and waste time on tasks I can easily knock on time. Counting every minute!

2. Representatives like Pro
No one has a superhero – and you should not be expected to deal with just everything. I have hardly learned that it is important to know what (and whom) is important. I focus on my powers, such as mental storms and big picture planning and special work on professionals.
The construction of teams of talented, trusted people is non -negotiation. If there is no timely staffing services on the cards, there are skilled freelancers and virtual assistants at some clicks away. One of my real estate marketing businesses needs a lot of content of luxury real estate homes in California. My time is released to focus on developing steps such as graphic design or video editing.
3. Prefer ruthlessly
Trying to wake up everything makes you dizzy. That is why priority is one of my top skills. In every business, I get a set of my goals, usually maps every quarter, and they guide my daily and weekly priorities. Not everything is necessary. What kind of emergency is to identify what the emergency is compared to compared to the actual emergency. And if such a task is popped into numerous businesses-like a period of contract reviews or a large content planning session-together with them I deal with them.
4. Get (and stay) organized
Organization is a thread that keeps this circus together! Keeping each project’s Communication, Communication, Files and Workflows in order – hour savings that otherwise waste the victim for this lost document – this is very important. The document processes are also clutch. The customs of clear operations empower my teams and when it is time to grow, the ship is eased. In addition, every Friday, I dedicate 30 minutes to reduce my desk, clean my inbox and close the open loop in my schedule. This process has saved my seriousness more than once.

5. Protect your work life balance
Let’s be real: With numerous businesses, the lure of non -stop working is strong, but burnout is not an option. I set strong boundaries. Although I like to work 24/7, it still takes time to rest – usually, when my body says I have to do. And I still make sure to pencil regularly from daily exercise to meal time and recreational events.
I also try to work in business industries I really like. When I invest in hobbious projects, it really never feels like work. We say that you are going to collect the baseball card and you have turned it into a business plan-you can attend the card collecting programs and visit the hobby shops as part of your work day. The passion of business with business is interesting and fulfilling things. These recharge moments fuel energy and creativity that I need next week. And, when they win – big or small -, I always take a breath to celebrate progress. This is a great enthusiasm that reminds me of why I like a stir.
6. Stay flexible and learn
If I have learned something in my 30+ businesses, it is necessary to comply. Every plan throws new curve balls and every mistake is another lesson to disguise. Sometimes, I used to work a lot or hang on the tasks that I should have let go, but every stumbling block made me a better business. Maintaining market trends, being open for the axis and investing in self-development-participating in conferences, participating in conferences, diving into coaching platforms, leadership books or connecting with other businessmen-makes me more efficient and keeps my companies ahead.

7. Enjoy the ride
Waking up many businesses may feel like a high wire act (and sometimes, sometimes it), but with plans, the right team and openness to learn, it is quite possible-and incredibly beneficial. No business person starts as a master juggler. Skills arise over time, and the satisfaction you see from the promotion of your business is not behind. So, trust this process, enjoy your victory and show the world how much you can meet!
Whether you’re just starting or already in business liver, I hope these points can help you to take the most of your amazing adventures.
