I always had a business spirit, but I never thought about ending and starting my business.

At the University of Texas in Austin, I studied computer engineering, started with hardware design before being released into software engineering. I really love technology, and especially software engineering, because you are coding to solve problems – I still like to solve problems.

My husband is a business that always has his own business. He would encourage me to start his business, but I was very worried. Sometimes women can think very hard about doing something. That is why I refrained from becoming a businessman.

In the majority fields of women, it is important to look for guardians who can help you with your experience, even if their journey looks different from you. You can bounce away ideas away from them and ask them questions. Teachers move you forward, but it also gives you assurance and confidence.

During my career, I learned a lot, which helped me when I jumped the founder.

“Small businesses are the ones that continue to develop the economy.”

When we worked, I first met my Zen Business co -founder Ross Bohrdorf Exiite.comA web portal company based in 1994. Several years later, I joined the Holiday Rental Market, where I was 11 years until the company was acquired by Acadia.

Later, Ross and I met for coffee, and he began talking about the idea of making something to help businessmen and small businesses. I was exciting and excited. I am always excited about this category in the market: small businesses are those who continue to develop and continue the economy.

So Ross and I laid the foundation for Zen Business in 2017.

When it comes to a fast growing company like us, we have a lot of things on the list, but we always do not have the resources to work at the same time, so we have to give priority.

AI has been one of these priorities. Everyone in the business should use it these days. This is a very good tool that once you get employees on the board and use their role and function, time saves time. Our personal kind of AI Assistant, Zen Business Veelle, is included with the formation of every LLC and helps traders to start and increase their business.

“All this comes to it – people are at the center of any great company.”

For a long time, I have achieved this mantra that has helped me succeed as a business leader: Be fearless, be moral, be excited.

Being fearless means recognizing that nothing will never be perfect, but you do it anyway. Being moral means to always be honest, for yourself, for your fellow workers, for someone. And it is everything to be excited. Loved your work and doing the best work will help you develop your career and promote your business.

It all comes to it – PApple is at the center of any great company. Everything you do is about people, whether they are employed, consumers or community.

Zen Business puts this principle into practice by listening to and helping its employees.

For example, we became the earliest of remote work. The company sent employees home when pandemic attackers took place, but when we continue to develop and hire more people, we listened to employees who said they prefer to work at home. The remote work gave them the opportunity to spend time with their families, reduce travel hours and get more fruitful.

“You may launch as a side histology to test it.”

All aspirants should avoid the disadvantages of thinking about a business idea before taking action: Do it soon.

You don’t need to leave everything working to get started. You may launch as a side histl to test it. Talk to people for whom you are trying to solve the pain point because that conversation will give you a lot of information.

Every day, you are learning something new, and being able to axis faster may be the difference in running your business in the right direction. There is always surprise along the way. So remember, it’s all about people who are around you – it’s all about the people you bring to help you go through your business journey.
