“The Sandman” has officially returned to Netflix for its second and final season.
I will not lie, this last section bothered me. The first season of DC Comics adaptation with love – and expensive – Warner Bruce was developed by Television and Netflix.
So my first reaction when I heard that Season 2 will be the last of the show “Oh my God, they are going to be cheap.”
I’m glad to report that it is not. At least, not by the first event of the show. The CGI heavy show still doesn’t seem cheap.
It still tells incredibly compelled stories. The only first event is just setting up more than one story lines that I can’t wait to discover the next 10 episodes.
So if you were reluctant to launch “The Sandman” Season 2, don’t be. It seems that this last season is ready to avoid becoming a nightmare.
What about ‘Sandman’?
If you have never seen a “sandman” or never read any stories of DC Comics, here is a short summary.
The series revolves around the morphos, also known as the Dream Store. Dream is one of the endless, a group of seven people who are the main components of life.
As you can tell him, it is a sculpture of dreams and rules a wonderful world known as Dreaming, which exists in and in place when we are discovered while sleeping.
The first season began in 1918 with his arrest in a secret ritual and then after his escape in 2025. He was then put into several stories where he has been forced to save the real world to maintain his dream circle.

After the events of Season 2 Season 1, the dreams are ready to restore the dream to its whole glory.
But before he could start, he was called to meet his brothers and sisters – not going to end. At the house of destiny with them, he is undergoing a journey to hell to liberate Nada, the ruler of the first people and a former lover of the dream, which he has been imprisoned in hell for 10,000 years.
When he is ready to travel, however, his ambassador returns with the news that began by hell: Lucifer is eagerly awaiting the arrival of dreams.
When the devil is excited for you to come to hell, this is usually bad news.
This plot line has been adapted to the fourth skin of the “Sandman” DC Comics Run, the “Musts Season”, so someone who already knows what story is being set up here – and this is a good thing, because the “Emosts season” is probably my favorite “Sandman” story.
I will not spoil what I am coming. All I would say will say that the show “Lucifer” fans will find an easy story to connect.
But the “season of the season is not the story of the only great” sandman “that is being set up here. A very time -consuming member is being spent on a destiny meeting.
The unmanned member is not mentioned by the name, so I will not reveal it here. But they play a key role in the seventh volume of “The Sandman” Comics, “short life”.
Spilller alert, but it is also the name of the fourth event of Season 2, so we can certainly confirm that the show will find more of the story.
The name of another volume, which has been converted into the title of an episode, is “please the one”, which is a partial volume of the comic run.
This is the title of the third event from Season 2, Volume 2 (which falls on Netflix on July 24), so we know that the story will be focused on the line.
This means that this season of television is covering three volumes from comedy Minimum.
But there is evidence in the official cast for this season that the show will also address “a game of yo”, which is the volume of the “The Sandman” comics run, after the “Season of the Emosts”.
Given that it seems that we will be upright to adopt the “short life” after the “musts season, it is not clear that the” one of your games “will fit in.
Even if this is not part of the last season of the show, however, I am afraid that this show will not have enough time to resolve these four stories satisfactorily.
The good news is, after seeing the first event of Season 2, my only concern is that there are many good stories to tell in the show in many installments. The cast is unusual, the stories are forced and the CGI is of the highest quality.
There are definitely worse problems.
