The search for a guardian, whether it be any other franchise, an experienced business owner, or your franchisor’s lead team, can provide a person, vision, encouragement and real world strategy that you will not find in any book. A good guardian will challenge you, make you happy, and remind you that development is a process. Most importantly, they will provide you with honest, constructive opinions and expert insights for improvement.
Your role is equally important in paying this guidance. When you have experience, take time to help those who are just starting. Leadership is not just about what you make, it is also about who you lift on the way. Within our franchise system, some of the most successful owners are the ones who initially sought patronage and later became a source of insight and inspiration for others. The spirit of mutual cooperation reinforces both the individual business and the entire brand.

As a leader, confidence does not come from the excuse to give all answers, it comes from working to understand your business inside and out.
