Mr. Related on Tuesday’s first argument -based artificial intelligence (AI) model. Dubbed magistrate, large language model (LLM) is available in two variations – small and medium. Although the magistrate Small is an open source model, the medium -sized variation is an enterprise -based closed model. Both models are capable of multi -faceted reasoning and show the transparent chain of thinking (COT). The French AI startup highlights that is designed for magistrate research, strategic planning, and data -powered decision -making. The preview version of the reasoning model can also be tested through the company’s Le Chat platform.
Mr.’s Magistral Small Apache is available with 2.0 licenses
In a newsroom PostParis -based AI firm announced the release of both magistrate models. Magistral Small, Open Weight LLM, Available to Download and Deploy through Mr. Listing Apache 2.0 with a license. The model can be used for both educational and commercial use issues.
On the other hand, the Magistral Medium is a proprietary model that can be accessed by the Amazon Sage Maker. It will soon be hosted on IBM Watsonx, Azure AI, and Google Cloud Market Place. The preview version of the model can also be tested in LE Chat or by API on LA platform.
On the details of the model, the magistal small is 24 billion parameter model. The enterprise version parameters have not been disclosed by the company.
Focusing on the capabilities of the magistrate medium, the model claims to score 73.6 % on Aime2024, compared to Dipic-R1. On the other hand, it is said that the small variety has scored 70.7 %.
Both models can argue locally, and the bed operates in many global languages. The company said that magistrate can argue in English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, Arabic, Russian and easy Chinese languages.
Like most reasoning models, a magistrate can handle the structural calculation, programming logic as well as a system of decisive trees and rule.
Mr. said that businesses and consumers working in key sectors such as finance, healthcare, government, and law will find reasonable arguments within models, which will allow them to examine the logical steps taken to reach the response. The company added that it would allow consumers to audit a reaction that is more sensitive than others.
