I hid most of my life, and my personal journey was directly impressed that I increased my business. My company, solid, has been flying under the radar for years. Our team developed incredible work and made long partnerships with some modern brands in the world for years, but no one knew who we were.

Today, I am a proud member of the LGBTQIA+ community, and I feel intensely that more than ever, it is important Not Hide – both personal and professional. That’s why I am writing this here.

When I was a young man in my early years, I didn’t know a single person. The period I hope more brands will have the bravery to fight for their people. It is fortunate to work with many solid brands that are just doing it.

This is an interesting time for DEI in the United States. Since January, it seems that the brand has been in the news to reduce its DEI efforts after the brand, and this is a real blow every time. But for each brand to overtake your DEI efforts, there is at least one – hopefully – who is doubling the principles of Harvey milk, is doing the right thing through its people and consumers.
