The payments company is launching a discovery solution that allows businesses to make their products available on any chat platform, regardless of model or agent payment protocol.

“We think that merchants who have historically sold through web stores, especially in the e-commerce space, are really going to need a way to actively engage with all of these language models,” Gill said. “The challenge is that no one really knows how fast it’s all going to move. The problem we’re trying to help merchants think through is how to do all of this with minimal touch without having to do a bazillion integrations with the infrastructure you’re already using.”
