The Samsung Acinos 2500 has been quietly unveiled as the company’s first chip set has been developed that will be developed using its 3NM process technology. The new processor claims that when the Xinos is offered to 15 % better than the 2400 chip, the performance of the CPU and the 39 % fast -on -device AI performance is offered. It also supports direct contact with the Low Earth (LEO) satellite for emergency calls and texts. The South Korean technology is expected to launch Xinos 2500 on the next Galaxy Z Philip 7 in the Galaxy Inapped event next month.

Samsung’s website It does not mention which device will start for the first time with the company’s new Excenos 2500 chip set, but it confirms that the new smartphone processor is in mass production.
Recent reports suggest that Samsung Galaxy Z Philip 7, which is expected to arrive in the Galaxy Inapaced event next month, will be the first handset to reach Eknos 2500.
Samsung Acneos 2500 SOC Specifications, Features
The new Xinos 2500 SOC is a 10 -core CPU (in the tri -cluster, or in 1+7+2 arrangements) made using Samsung’s 3NM gate (GAA) process technology and says it has been used. Fan Outveffer level packaging (FOWLP) improves Heat consumption and chip allow better power efficiency.

The X -Clepes on Xinos 2500 features AMD KRDNA 3 architecture in 950 GPUs, and Samsung says it provides 28 % fast frame rate for hardware rapid -ray tracing sports. Meanwhile, the NPU on the NPU on 800 (with 59 tips) offers 39 % better performance when using AI features.
Examinos can help up to 320 megapixel camera sensors, or two cameras (64 megapixels and 32 megapixels). It also supports up to 8K/ 30fps (10 -bit HDR) or 4K/ 120FPS video recording. The acneos supports 2500 4K display (120Hz) or quad HD+ Display (144Hz).
On the contact front, the Ecinos offers 2500 5 g (up to 12.1 Gbps), 4GLTE, Wi -Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, and NFC. This chip set can also be equipped with a USB 3.2 Type C port. The company had earlier confirmed that the chip would also provide support for satellite contacts on compatible handsets.
