Sat down with grade Businessman To talk about her new podcast, how she manages many businesses, and what she takes the taxes of a successful businessman.

Why did you start your podcast, and how is it different from other business podcasts?
When I was 16, I left school. So, I don’t have traditional speed. I am trying as much as I have made, the mistakes I have made. I wanted to give something about which I thought that when I started my business, I would have been useful for me.

What kind of advice would be useful?
To start, you have to like what you are doing. I say because something is difficult to start from the beginning, and it will test every fiber of your existence. So you really have to do this. It must be more than just one purpose, as I need to make money, or I just want to leave the place where I work. This must be something that gives you fuel.

What kind of mentality does the entrepreneurship succeed? Is there a specialty or skill that stands?
I think you have to commit self -esteem. There is a part of it that is really about a mentality that no one will bring in response and can see and see and see and see problems and difficulties. It works every time.

How did you decide the business personality?
This is something I fell. Like many of us, I worked in corporate jobs for many years. I left this job because I didn’t think I was being paid to me for what I did. So I got into a business personality. And that’s why I started my own thing.

If you can start stirring the side today, what will happen?
I want to be a florist. This is the only thing I have ever wanted to do what I have never touched. I would love to do a job that is just about beauty, and artistic. It will be a stir of my little dreams. Flower shop somewhere in a beautiful place.

What is your leading style?
In (Good American), there are more than 150 people. I am the Chief Product Officer at another company where there are probably 400 people. So, these are a lot of people, but I get the best people’s services and get out of their way. One thing I do well is rent. I’m especially good at keeping teams together.

What do you look for in new jobs?
I often hire Ravi Attitude H about the experience. This is not all positions, but I think especially when you are starting a company, there are people who have energy, who have passion, you can’t put a price on it.

Does you encourage you?
I honestly feel that I have created the life of my dreams. I am grateful every day that I have to do what I do. I think it encourages me, that I have made this life for myself, and this is one of my choices.

What is the same suite leadership team to work with your husband? Do you have a separation between family and work dynamics?
I’ve worked with jeans for a long time, and before we were pairing, we had established a solid professional relationship. When I focus on products, it handles marketing and daily schemes. So our characters are very described, and we do different things. We have different skills, which make us very synchronized as a business partner. There is also a lot of separation in our original characters. But if I am honest, we love what we do a lot. So does the business spread at home time, and do we talk about what we do all the time? Of course There is a part of it that is inevitable.

Do you have a lot of help at home?
I have a twin three -year -old, and then I have an 11 -year -old and an 8 -year -old. At home, I don’t have four children I go to school in the morning. I get a lot of help around me, and I rely on the help of all this to get throughout the day. I think it is very important to be honest about it because I don’t want anyone to look at me and think, Oh, wow He is some kind of super -omu. It’s like that, No, I am not a super -woman. I am just a woman. I am choosing every day and making many sacrifices every day.
