You launched a multi -million dollar real estate company. You are the host of the Amy winning TV show. You run this business boot camp. What is one thing that jumps like you, when you see your experience list, Wow, I did it.
The best thing for me is that businessmen are working with all the small businesses who are trying to make their dreams come true. I am fine with them, think about it, dream about it, trying to indicate how they can move forward. This, for me, makes me the greatest satisfaction.

You have talked about your past people who have said hurtful things to you and how you use this thing as fuel for your fire. How did you get this mindset?
I learned so young that bad comments, critical comments, and cutting comments take you down. It takes you down not only in your emotions, but also your confidence in the next project. You only become weak and weak. So I do not allow these people. I convert comments into humiliation. How did they dare to insult me? And I prove them wrong. I think you can insult and see it in two ways. It can hurt you or it can fuel you. You can also It’s so easy to fuel you. Say, Oh, I’ll show you. This is a kind of man. But when I got stuck on my desk and couldn’t think of a new idea or wanted to meet a user, I was so smart enough to get out of the hack. I never had a good idea on my desk. I will just pick up myself and make it just a fun day for myself. I will go to the subway and sell Jones. It was basically free – I just needed the cost of a subway token. I used to spend the day there, listening to music, going to the sea, and getting a good sun tan. And the next day I will return to a different person. There is something about taking a break for entertainment that is great for the soul – and it was my soul that made my money. What is the hard work behind your soul behind it? It is never right.

Are you out of your mind? I have a lot to survive. Why do I risk going to something like this? I am worried about flying regularly. Don’t object to the place, forget it. I can get my senses somewhere else.

Many traders “Before starting a business, I need to have a deep passion for something.” Did you feel that?
Passion is an active thing. You feel it when you are in business. It is difficult for you to look at and say, I think I’m excited about it. When I entered real estate, I could easily be in the plumbing supply business. What I like about real estate is that I love people. I liked to open the door, chat people, be free, and run into the next apartment. It was like an adventure. I loved that. That is why I got my obsession. I never cared about real estate as a topic, but I cared about what I did as a living, which was developing a new business full of people who loved me and I have to go back.

Important Question: What is your favorite curse word?
Which I really use USE? No, I can’t say, my mother will jump out of her grave. I promised her every year that I would no longer curse. So I will give you a light curse word: Holy. But I usually have nothing than what I say!
