Starbucks Coffee Houses in the United States and Canada will offer a new line of protein latches with a new line of protein letters starting September 29. Lets are made of protein -filled milk.

Starbucks say its protein cold foam has been used in one of every seven drinks since the company started foam testing in July. The company also says the demand is there – 70 % of Americans in the survey said they were interested in using more protein. 2025 IFIC Food & Health Survey.

What is the Star Box Protein Cold Foam?
According to the star box, the foam is a “creamy, fruit topping that contains texture and flavor in any cold coffee, tea, or refresher, which produces a delicious, layered drink” and adds 19 to 26 grams of protein per grand beverage.
It also comes in various flavors (bananas, vanilla, sugar -free vanilla, chocolate, fish, salty carimal, brown sugar, and simple), and seasonal flavors, including pumpkin and pakin.
In the meantime, new letters offer even more proteins: 27 to 36 grams worth. Instead of the foam tapper, these beverages are manufactured with newly introduced protein -rich milk.
