“The Life of Chuck” is the 2025 summer movie I have been expecting for a long time.
In direction of horror icon Mike Flangon, the film has been adapted to a Stephen King short story about a man, Tom Holdston), whose death is accompanied by the collapse of the universe.
Last year, he won the People’s Choice Award at the Toronto International Film Festival, and since then, he has been on my radar as a potential Oscar contender.
But he just debuted in the United States earlier this month, the selected theaters made a premiere on June 6 and with a wide release on June 13. He made it one of it. Seven It is important to see the films coming on June 6, and that also means that you may not have a chance to see it yet.
Lucky for you, I managed to sit with the “Life of Chuck” star David Dastalchayan. She plays the role of a sad parent named Josh in the film, and I had to talk about her about the film – in which, for the record, I saw and loved – and why you need to be the next reason to go to your local cinema.

‘No dry eye at home’ – ‘I cried twice’
Now, while “Chuck of Chuck” may not be a familiar name for you, Mike Flangan is probably and Stephen King is almost certainly. And if you know anything about the two, you expect a terrible horror/thriller in this movie.
It was really a special night, and there was no dry eye in the house. “

But this is not the case about this movie. Instead, it is a deep emotional film, sometimes progressing and sometimes heartbreaking.
So I was not completely surprised to know that when Flagin showcased the film for some close friends, including Dastalchayan, he torn down several members of the cast and staff.
“When I first saw the movie, I cried twice,” Dastalchayan said. “(This) was Mike’s house. He showed us a group of close friends from the game, showed us” () Chuck’s life, “and we too, the same night, (writer/director) Brian Filler’s (upcoming movie). “It was really a special night, and there was no dry eye at home.”
As far as the Dastalchayan tear? An incredible performance of Matthew Lillard in the first act of the film.
“When Matt Lillard tried, you know, what’s going on with it, and because people are starting to feel meaningless in what people are trying to do in daily activities. This is a beautiful speech. This is such a beautiful moment. And I just don’t know that it will always stand up, which is very special in my mind.”
‘Chi Vettel takes this movie in many ways’.
Lellard’s performance is not the only to see in “Chuck’s life” – though it is incredible. In fact, I don’t think the film has the same poor performance, some Dastalchayan was in a hurry to agree with me.
“Every performance, from Rahul (Kohli) to Sam (Slovian), Karen (Gallon), is just an incredible, incredible work wealth.”
But when I pressured the Dastalchayan for a performance that stood beyond the rest, it was a clear answer, and which I could not discuss by watching the movie myself.

“Chi Vettel (Ejifor), in many ways, is raising the film. Dastalchayan announced when he shook his head in the contract.” I know that Tom (Huddleston) is Chuck, and Tom is statue. And what she does is amazing, and it’s like a film center. But Chi Vettle really loses what is happening in the world on his shoulders. “
The Oliver Award -winning actor was also a partner of Dastalchayan for the film, and as David was quick to identify him, it was an incredible experience on his own.
“She’s in those moments of consultation and interaction with characters like me, such as Karen, like Mattis, and – my God – can I just say that I have a wonderful scene? Like I had to give a monopoly about the Internet and Purna Hub and some of that.
What about ‘Chuck’s life’?

As I have already mentioned, “The Life of Chuck” has the stars of Tom Holdston as Charles “Chuck” Currentz, whose death is accompanied by the death of the universe.
This story is told in a reverse historical order, which began with the end of Chuck’s life and is working to return to Chuck’s childhood with his grandfather’s grandmother (Mark Hamil and Mia Sara). Along with the headston, the film also includes small versions of Jacob Trump, Benjamin Pagk and Cody Flangon.
