Sony is developing a new PS5 system update that allows dollars controllers to connect to several devices. The update is currently available to beta participants and should be available to all users in the coming months. PlayStation Parents have also announced a new power saver for PS5 Games, which can scale back performances by more powerful titles. The company said that power saver mode will not be available in beta and will be launched in later date.
PS5 System Update is available for beta users
Two new features of PS5 announced PlayStation Blog On Wednesday, the PS5 system update is now available to invite beta to the United States, Canada, Japan, the United Kingdom, Germany and France.
Update enhances pairing capabilities of dualsis wireless controllers and dual senses age controllers in multiple devices. Currently, users need to connect the PS5 controller every time PC, Mac, or their phone, with a device.
After updating, PS5 users will connect the controller with four devices at the same time and switch to the pair without interruption, without need to start the pair.

Method to make multiple devices paired
Before making a pair, disconnect any USB cable connected to the controller. Customers also have to make sure that the light bar and player indicators have been turned off on the controller – if not, press the PS button to do so.
After that, the USers to connect multiple devices, press the user PS button and one of the four action buttons (triangles, circles, cross, square) to flash the light bar and player indicators twice for more than five seconds. The selection of the Action Button decides one of the four available slots for the pair.
On the device, turn on the Bluetooth that you are trying to connect to the controller and once detected the controller as a new Bluetooth device. When attached, the light bar will be bright and the player’s indicator light will blink according to the slot number.
Switching between pairing devices, users can suppress the PS button and similar action button – it can also be done when the controller turns off. The triangle Action button is the first slot, the second slot circle button, the cross button to the third, and the square button on the fourth.
This feature should be available to all users globally in the coming months.
PS5 Power Saver Mode
Sony also touched a new power saver mode for PS5 as part of a commitment to reduce the environmental impact of the devices. Sony said when it begins, the new feature will add the power saver option to the PS5 settings menu, which will “measure back performance” on supported PS5 games. Activation of option will reduce the power consumption of PS5.
The company said it would share more details about this feature, including the impact of estimated energy, including supported PS5 games and its launch.
