- An UI 8 picture that is leaked suggests that the Samsung can achieve a private album feature to hide the gallery, photos and videos.
- It can act like an easy version of the secure folder built directly in the Samsung Gallery app.
As many Samsung users are still getting used to an UI 7, Android 16 leaks are coming. In the latest example, a leak of the latest construction of an UI 8 shows that Samsung is examining a new feature of privacy in its gallery app.
As seen by the X user @Delglish GXThe update, the Samsung Gallery app includes a new private album option. Liser speculates that it will work like an easy version of the secure folder but will be dedicated to hiding photos and videos specifically inside the gallery app. They shared the picture below, apparently this feature was shown in place.

Safe folder on Samsung devices allows users to close apps, files and media behind an additional security layer of security. However, it regularly stores items outside the apps in separate containers. A private album can offer a more lightweight alternative to users who want to keep specific images away.
Although an UI 8 is still in development, we expect better control over what the forecast features do in the background of the apps as well as in the background of the apps. Reports show that we can see the first beta release of the update with this month, a stable release is expected at the end of the year. However, after the surprising rollout of an UI 7, we have to wait.
