The way to pursue productivity and start walking with purpose

by SkillAiNest

Most people know how to set goals. And many people think that the development of good habits is the key to reaching these goals. Nevertheless, despite this knowledge, it is easy to feel worse – or worse.

We chase productivity without asking deep questions: Are my actions actually moving to me who I want to be? It is nice to be busy. Whenever we test something outside our do List, this is a sharp hit of the Dopamine-even if this list has nothing to do with our original goals.

In my pursuit of reaching my goals, I began to develop a simple framework so that I could help you connect my daily actions with the person I wanted to be. This is not basically a new concept here. It is like a better mental model made of things you’ve heard and read before. But it is designed to fit together in a clear, usable way.

The purpose is to help eliminate the difference between big image intentions and everyday behavior. I call it Way.

This means:

  • Purpose – you Why?

  • Wishes – The vision of who you want to be

  • Goals – Clear, measurement targets

  • Routine – Permanent steps that support these goals

This is the framework I use to stay Oriented. Not only to be fruitful, but also to be Intentionally. I still get off the track, but I get my way a little bit.

In this article, you will learn how to clear your direction, set meaningful goals and use the route framework to make it habits.

Busy is not efficient

Staying busy can feel like progress. Sometimes this happens – you are moving towards your goals, checking boxes, staying dynamic. But for the second time, this is just noise. One way to avoid sitting quietly. A way to avoid asking a tough question: Is this making a meaningful difference?

Sometimes, we do not pursue productivity because we are clear, but because in fact, we are Questionable. And to do something – anything – feel better than acknowledging that we can lose.

On the other hand, you can achieve clear goals and create effective habits. But if someone asked you why you chose these goals, would you have an answer? Why do you want to lose ten pounds? Why do you want to start this company? What are you really planning?

Here is a thoughtful experience: Imagine your funeral. You need to choose a person to give your example – and they can just say a phrase about you. What do you expect to say?

This is a personal question. And I know my answer very clearly. Do you know your?

The power of the framework

You do not rise at the level of your goals. You fall to your system level.

– James Clare

In programming, a framework is a default code that helps developers make software more efficient and efficient. This is the details of the implementation of ordinary issues – eliminates things Can make Handle yourself, but may not need it. Trade? You give up some flexibility in exchange for speed. In other words, the framework helps you solve your problem faster Deciding something things for you.

Developers lean on a framework like react or .Net as they help us focus on solving meaningful problems rather than boat with a boiler plate code. The way works like this: It summarizes this structure so that you can spend more time implementing important things.

When it comes to set goals, this is no different. It is easy to get lost in these details of the implementation and eliminate the process. We want a perfect strategy or ideal plan. But in fact, development almost always beats perfection. Initially, we don’t need a very beautiful system – we need a need that we can follow.

Framework shines in this place. They reduce friction and help you stop tinkering with you How And start action on it What. They release mental energy, and allow you to actually focus on solving the problem.

This is not new. Every great tool – whether it has a rugging app, productivity system, or Javascript library – relieves enough complications to help you move towards faster solutions.

A framework of reaching your goals

The route is a framework I have used for years to align my actions with the future of my future. Most round setting systems begin with habits or results, but the way begins something else: your goal.

P is for purpose

The goal is who you are and what is most important. This is your mission statement, no more than one or two sentences. It should be You A strong goal when you get off the course helps you return to the track.

A is for Ambing

Once you decide your purpose, the next step is to dream a little. This is a fun part.

Where do you want to be in the next 5 to 10 years? Try to create a normal day picture of your ideal future – not necessarily what you have, but rather what you experience and do.

Here is an example:

I live near a beautiful lake of the mountains. I get up around 7am, go for a long time, and then eat healthy breakfast. I spend my day writing. In the evening, slowly, with friends and family laughing on the porch.

Now, let’s break its wishes – explains the way you are making the wide topics. From this vision, here are the three I see:

These are your Wishes – “A” on the way. And they are Not Meaning specific or time bound. Think of them as a compass, not a destination. Their job is to give you something repeatedly for the purpose.

T is for targets

The goals are the specific goals we want to achieve.

There will be one or more goals in every desire-the goals of time, the goals that move you in the direction of your desire.

These goals should follow the smart framework:

  • Specific

  • Modification

  • Achieveable

  • Realistic

  • Binding of time

For example, if you want to become a software developer, may be a target:

Fix or update to the open source project by the end of the month.

If the desires are our compass, the goals are destined. They let you measure growth and know when you arrive.

H is for habits

The habits are where the rubber is found on the road.

Each target should have one or more supportive habits – the things you do permanently do that lead you to your goal. Although they will usually have daily or weekly routines, work is once acceptable. The idea is that these things are Transfer the needle.

For example, if your target is to run a 5K event, there may be a habit:

Run 3 miles every other day.

Or, if you are just starting, you want to work once like:

Map the pathway route.

Again, these are habits (or work) Injection movements. To follow them- Original Following them – almost guaranteed that you reach your goals.

When it comes to having a habit, the key is that sometimes a small start Really In the beginning, the purpose is not performance, its speed. And when it can be difficult to start pace, once it is moved, it is even more difficult to stop.

If you are trying to make a written habit, start with two sentences. If you want to do more workouts, start with your workout clothes. Or just drive in the gym. The point is to start the starting friction.

The consistency also depends on the indicators. Each habit needs a reliable trigger – something that indicates you to take action. It can be a special time of the day, running the door after work, or ending coffee in the morning. Over time, this gesture becomes automatic, and so on.

Complexity and difficult synonyms are not

There is a moment in the boxing movie Blood is flowing for her Where the main character is asked, “What are you the biggest lie so far?” He responds:

“It’s not so easy.”

The interviewer tries to clarify – as he believes the main character does not understand this question – but he cuts it and essentially says:

“No, it’s a lie. Is This is easy. “

That line was stuck with me, as we often treat life as we need a great plan before we start. However, sometimes the most difficult part is to decide.

Don’t confuse anything Difficult With something Complicated. In my experience, life’s most meaningful things are often simple but difficult.

It is not a challenge to know what to do. It’s working – repeatedly, especially when it is boring, discomfort or result uncertainty. That is why explanation matters, and framework can help.

He is the person who spends his entire life in search of a lift. And then there is a person who begins to climb the stairs.

Find out who you want to be, and filter your goals and functions with this lens.

I bet that almost Anyone who reads it can find some things that will take less than an hour a day, which will completely change their lives over time. The difference – Only The difference – is that the person who becomes clear in his own way and then in fact he does the job every day … comes there.

At the end of the day, the purpose is not fruitful. It has to be Intentionally. Bring your daily actions to your goals and make sure that those goals are moving you towards the person you want to be. This path is behind – a deliberate framework.

Abstract

If you don’t remember anything else, here’s the heart of the path:

  • Purpose – your explanation Why?. A short, personal mission statement that makes you the basis.

  • Wishes – Paint the picture of who you want to be. Think about 5-10 years, focus on experience, not wealth.

  • Goals – Convert aspirations into smart targets with a clear deadline. They give your vision structure.

  • Routine -Identifying, meaningful, meaningful steps that develop towards your goals. Work daily, weekly, or even once.

I have developed a free concept template to help you start with the route framework.
