Like it or not, the usual is what your body needs to take overnight sleep. Nevertheless, as your social life and academic stress grow in college, the bedtime and waking hours may take a little grass.

I have always been aware of the relationship between sleep and learning. So sleep was something I preferred (as much as I can) in college. After recently graduated, I can honestly say that maintaining a permanent schedule of sleep was the only habit that made sure that I rested well and got good grads grades, while awakening social life.
