It was a faster evening in 2016, and my friend and I considered the best evening to increase the head of Cape Town’s famous lion at night. In the center of the city, there is no doubt about the views coming from the peak that they will be amazing, and when we reached the peak, we had our bags full of liquid nurturing. Two hours later, we arrived at the summit, and with the city’s vast lights, with the light shining from the air below us, I spied on the excellent photo opportunity. So, I grabbed my little job tripod, put my phone on it, brought its exhibition for 15 seconds, its ISO is at its lowest price, and waited. As a result, the shot is one of my favorite I have ever received. That phone was LG G4.
Do you miss LG smartphones?

I have no doubt that I am looking back at this phone with rose glasses. However, old memories are a drug hell. Since then the best Android phones have made a long journey, which improves almost every aspect. I could (probably) catch the same shot without more mess with modern equipment. However, looking at its problems in the past, the LG G4 was a phone that gave rise to my interest in photography.
Smartphone that caught many memories and my heart in my heart

On the front of the sunglasses, G4 was not really special. Certainly, it is 16 MP sensor and 28 mm lens, OIS system, and laser auto -focus has made it incredibly reliable and versatile. I remember snipping portraits, scenes, macro and street scenes without any problem. But the real strength of the camera phone was his manual format.
The shot I mentioned in the interview was manually caught. In fact, I was a real insult to the LG G4’s automatic format. He regularly selected the wrong settings and focused on the wrong theme. With a manual format, I can finely adjust the focus, choose my exhibition and ISO, which allows me to get the desired shot. Turn back, I realized that this phone helped me get caught up with DSLR photography years later. And it was not just a shot that stands in my mind. The manual focus made it easy to capture his small articles, from flies to their flowers, in which they used to go, up to the glass pan to the rainbow.
I have no doubt that I am looking back at this phone through rose -colored glasses, but the LG G4 is the reason for my current love for photography.
Beyond its software, a part of my love for this phone is in its smart aerogonomic design. Yes, while it was quite useful with the traditional 2016 era, the 5.5 -inch QHD screen was deep and clear, which made it the best viewer and canvas for my shots. While stylish, the curved leather waist also made the phone tremendous and affected the confidence when making a shot. It was never in danger of slipping from my hand as my case was at risk of doing a pixel 8. And, do not mention other aspects of the phone I like: the removable battery, its 3.5 mm headphone jack, which has great bundle airbids, its rear volume and power buttons, and its microSD card slot.
Starting my G4 death and LG’s great troubles

But, just as we had to go down the mountain, so good things are gone. For the LG G4, it was for me at the airport just before a long flight house. Just months after I started it for the first time, the phone’s tendency eventually turned into a flat -out bottle. Struggling to resurrect it, I will wait a few minutes, boot it again, use it intensely for a few moments until it gets too hot, then repeat the bicycle. Thankfully, I printed my boarding passes at the moment. Otherwise, I am not sure how I will navigate this situation.
My LG G4 problems started at the airport just before a long flight house. I was not happy
When I landed (and thanks to my sick LG for calling my lift), I arrived at the drawing board and tried almost everything everything to live. By separating it and separating the phone from my mother board, I trained a hair dryer on the chip set, threw it in the freezer, and even considered cooking it in the oven. I got out of the latter, but regardless of that, there was little hope. My LG G4 was dead and so I used the most enjoyable and memorable smartphone so far.
To me, the G4 issues make the Korean brand’s smartphone tenure clearly. Its quirky devices were significantly capable, personally full of personality, and capable, if not impressive, was supported by hardware and better software. But look a bit deep and use them for an expansion period, and so will come to the surface of the same extraordinary flaws – dramatic height and depressed.

The problem of boot loop is maintained in several LG-Branded and manufactured smartphones, including G4 cousins, V10, Nexus 5X, V20, and even LG G5. All these smartphones experienced similar riots for a degree or someone else. Although the LG moves forward to launch several new phones that will eliminate the problem, damages.
Although LG has not been a smartphone company since 2011, it will eventually close its updated servers later this month, and all its devices will be introduced on the old Android version. It was obliged to happen at any time. However, its recent phones were launched five years ago. This is still a tragic event.
As far as my LG G4 is concerned, I have not seen it in years. It is sitting in my parents’ house somewhere in a box, actively dead and likely to stay like this. However, enjoying photography has joined other devices. My old but trusted Kodak KB10 movie camera, my humble Nican D3400, and even Nokia 9 Purewaves about which I have written about my love to capture the moments. I have LG G4 to thank him.
