You are already behind if you are still examining engineers as it is 2021. We are living through something I believe that the most changing changes in our lives will be the technological change, which is bigger than the Internet.

The AI revolution is accelerating at a pace in which most of us cannot even know. This is not a hype. This is the recovery of what it means to build, create and work. The founders who now prepare will guide them in the coming things. People who will be found themselves through AI-local startups of five people who work for 10x speed and health.

So, how do you get developers services in this period of acceleration?

  • Confirm authenticity. Yes, people will try to deceive by sharing screens with someone else, imitating them or resorting to deep fax. That is why you would like to insist on full screen sharing and their camera. Tell the developers that you are not trying to pull “Gotcha” on them. You want to understand how they work with AI daily.
