2025 has been a very productive year for the global FreeCodeCamp community. As we begin our 12th year as a community, we are firing on all cylinders, and moving forward more steadily than ever.
This year we made significant improvements to the new full-stack developer curriculum. This is the 10th version of the free CodeCamp curriculum, and includes 7 certifications. Along the way, learners develop more than 100 hands-on projects and pass exams on computer science theory.
We also integrated 4,279 lessons into FreecodeCamp’s open-source learning platform, which represents many improvements in user experience and accessibility. And we published our secure exam environment to take camp certification exams.
Finally, we made a lot of progress on our developers’ curriculum for English, and started working on our upcoming Spanish and Chinese curriculum.
We are just getting started. We’re already mapping out additional coursework on mathematics, data science, machine learning, and other deep, skill-related subjects.
