My favorite AI use case isn’t just “automation”. It’s about unlocking abilities that used to be acquired through technical skills.
This week, I spent a few hours setting up scheduled tasks using @Cowork + @Venn.ai. They help me fill in the gaps where our enterprise tools are overwhelming or where I previously lacked the technical expertise to do the work.
Here’s how I’m using agentive AI to drive my workflow:
📊 Weekly funnel reporting
Use the @Venn.ai connector to extract data from @Grafana, create an activation funnel report, and post it directly to Notion. I gain visibility without the need for a data warehouse or data analyst. While it’s not fully scalable as I might hit the token limit on heavy logs, it’s incredibly efficient for short-term monitoring.
💌 Personalized research outreach
Use the @Venn.ai connector to get data from @Grafana, identify users who haven’t completed product setup, and draft personalized emails in Gmail based on email templates stored in @Notion. It used to be a copy-paste nightmare. Because research happens at a rapid pace, I could never justify the effort of a full HubSpot automation setup. I still review, edit and send manually because I don’t trust the AI ​​to send emails yet, so I turn off that capability in Venn’s settings.
✅ Automatic response tracking
I put multiple choice answers directly into my emails to make it easy for customers to respond. Use the @Venn.ai connector to check my inbox daily, extract those responses, and log them into @Notion. It even records which subject lines have the highest response rates in a Google Sheet for A/B testing.
Agentic AI is not about replacing the big tools in our stack. It’s about making the custom connections we need to move fast and stay lean.
