Waltier knows every business leader with some nails easily: If you wait for sure, you are waiting for some illusion. In business, belief is just another word for “too late”. At a place where the workers did not take the opportunity when matters were not yet clear.

Discussion, hype, uncertainty? This is not a warning sign. This is an indication that the opportunity is still open.

Today, many leadership teams were trapped in endless AI strategy meetings, pilot discussions, and “Let’s Wait and Watch”. Remove the corporate language, and it only: “We want to reverse without uncertainty.”

Use matters, selection of vendors, committees and pilots who never measure – all of which can feel fruitful. But it is often the intellectual cover to be inactive. Permanent precautions are the most dangerous position in the fast -moving environment.

With AI, the crushed companies are not the ones who refrain from doubt. They put suspicion and doubts. They moved and they are still moving. And the result is that they are still ahead of the people on the drawing board.
