Xiaomi confirmed last week that it would announce a new custom smartphone chip set. Now, the day has arrived, and the company has completely disclosed the Xing 01 processor.
It turns out that this is a monster of a chip set, which begins with the Dika Core CPU. Xiaomi’s processor is roaming at 3.9GHz two Cartax-925 CPU cores, four Cortex-A 725 core are running at 3.4GHz, two cortex-a 725 core on 1.9GHz, and two cartilakes-A 520 cores are rotating at 1.8GHz. Two large cores are fed by 2 MB of L2 cache, cortex-A 725 cores pack 1 MB of each L2 cache, while two small cores share in 512KB L2 cache.
This provides an impressive layout compared to the Madiotic Dimension 9400, which offers a Cartax-X-925 cover, three Old Cartax-4-Core, and four Old Cartax-A720 core. We are not expecting that Snapdragon 8 Elite will be defeated in single -core performances based on these sunglasses, but it seems certainly that the Dikka Core design can be a tough challenge in the multi -core benchmark.
The customs processor of Xumi also includes an impressive GPU on paper, namely an arm Amlasses-G925 mc16 GPU. On the contrary, the dimension is the same GPU in 9400 but with a 12 shader cover instead of 16. There is no word yet on Xumi Chip’s GPU clock speed and other graphical abilities, so it is soon to conclude that Zumi’s chip will offer better GPU performance. With its price, we tested the Medetic Chip and thought that this was competitive with Snapdragon 8 Elite during the GPU Benchmark while running a cooler.
Otherwise, the processor is made on the 3NM manufacturing process of the second generation of TSMC. Xumi says the processor has a “fourth -generation” imaging chip that improves low light picture quality and 4K night video. However, there is no word on other components like modem and machine learning silicon.
